Mainly used for controlling pollution from airborne dust to the working object, also known as a clean room or dust-free workshop. Industrial cleanrooms are suitable for electronics (semiconductors, integrated circuits, etc.), aerospace, fine machinery, precision instruments, high purity chemistry, atomic energy, onto magnetic products, liquid crystal glass, etc.
