Cleanroom Pass Box Configuration Instructions:
1. stainless steel 304 material, the internal arc structure, easy to clean.

3. Equipped with H14 liquid tank sealed high-efficiency filter with high-efficiency differential pressure gauge.
4. with ultraviolet germicidal lamp, sterilization time can be adjusted arbitrarily, and with sterilization timer and sterilization time accumulation function can be arbitrarily set whether the germicidal lamp and the fan start at the same time.
5. Self-developed LCD panel controller with two magnetic locks interlocking. There are two types of automatic and manual for users to set. In the automatic mode, users can set multiple functions by themselves, with time and function display, and call function.
6. It can be set to automatically start the fan supply mode at the same time after closing the door.
7. Built-in door, double black tempered glass with desiccant.

Installation Method:
Choose a convenient location on the wall and open a hole. The hole is usually about 10mm larger than the outer diameter of the pass box. Put the pass box on the wall, usually install it in the middle of the wall, keep it balanced and fixed, and decorate with rounded corners or other decorative strips. The gap between the pass box and the wall can be sealed and modified with glue.

Operating Specifications:
1. Use 0.5% peroxyacetic acid or 5% iodophor to wipe the items to be delivered.
2. Open the outer door of the pass box, quickly place the items to be transferred, disinfect the pass box with 0.5% peroxyacetic acid spray, and close the outer door of the pass box.
3. Turn on the UV lamp in the delivery window, and irradiate the items to be delivered with UV for no less than 15 minutes.
4. Notify the experimenter or staff in the barrier system to open the door inside the delivery window and take out the items.
5. Close the door inside the pass window.
